Remarquablement bien conçu pour refléter le thème de l'expansion de l'homme sur la terre, le système de jeu entraine effectivement un déplacement des tribus qui, parties d'Afrique, en viennent peu à peu à peupler l'ensemble des continents. Sans avoir la variété du jeu original, Abenteur Menscheit est sans doute la plus riche et la plus originale des déclinaisons des Colons de Catan. C'est un achat incontournable pour les amateurs des colons. |
Though it looks like Settlers of Catan, and borrows his main systems from them, Settlers of the Stone Age is much more than one more historical scenario. It's a stand alone game, with some critical changes that make the gameplay feel very different from original Settlers.There are no more roads, and some pawns can even move !
Incredibly well designed to reflect the expansion of mankind on the whole earth, the game system naturally makes human tribes leave Africa and, step by step, colonize all continents. Though it doesn't have the variety, and therefore the incredibly high replay value, of the original Settlers game, Settlers of the Stone Age is probably the richest and the most original of all the Catan follow ups. It's a must buy for all Settlers addicts.
